ApplyDaily Supervision of the Hospital's Quality Management System, Patient Safety program, and implements appropriate policies and procedures to achieve the Hospital's goals and objectives in pursuit of standard of care, performance and patient safety and maintaining International Accreditation bodies Standards
Theoretical, practical, and procedural knowledge of the following:
1.Devise and establish a Hospital’s Quality procedures, standards, and specifications
2.Review patients’ requirements and make sure they are met.
3.Set standards for Healthcare Quality as well as maintaining International Accreditation bodies Standards
4.Make sure that Health care services meet international and national standards
5.Look at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency
6.Define Quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
7.Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures
8.Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and produce statistical reports as latest Biostatistics
9.Review existing policies and make suggestions for changes and improvements of the Healthcare services and how to implement them
10.Measure performance and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements
11.Assess the effectiveness of changes and improvements of Healthcare services made
12.Use relevant Healthcare Quality tools and make sure all Hospital Department understand how these tools can improve Healthcare Services
Certified Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Quality Management or Healthcare Administration or Healthcare Risk Management Certification or Master’s Degree (preferred) with at least 4 years of Professional Experience in Hospital's Quality Management and Quality Improvement, Quality assurance, or Performance Improvement roles within accredited healthcare facilities
